Although, appearance doesn't matter a whole lot to me. There are a few things that give me an initial no thank you reaction.

Scrawny people. There is nothing less sexy to me than seeing someone's ribs. Put your tofu away and gain twenty pounds and then we'll talk. Skinny is one thing, but starving is another.
Unrealistic snobs.
People that are too self conscious about their body. You were born with it, and you're going to die in it, so be proud of it. It isn't about what it looks like it is about what you do with it.
